Positive: Stunning views, great location and well-equipped

Negative: The rude Lady who did not introduced herself demanded polish identity documents at the check inn. When I said I don't have it and my husband asked if the uk driving license is enough -she was rudely cuting off great volume -no!! This lady also requested personal mobile but I did not wish to share it. She continued to be rude and shouting stating that I have made everything uncomfortable even I did not dare to say a word at this point. Incredible impolite and shouting at the threatening point of abuse She pointed out that if the shower or anything else breaks“ There will be consequences to pay” I did not even enter property at this point. 50 words ratio to one of mine with its highest volume at the top of the lung capacity volume This lady was constantly repeating - “ you don't have to stay here!!!” when it was obvious I would loose whole booking price. Encouraging - you don't need to stay if you don't want to. I asked if we can find compromise as clearly we were not welcome but despite the the attitudes and encouragement to go, we did not get any compensation offer. So in other words, we were encouraged to leave with full payment.Hospitality and kindness. We were intimidated by this family having constantly gatherings outside. On check out this lady switched on television, started shower and so on. So if anything happens to break ( despite wear and tear) the guest are expected to pay. Such a good marketing - lets the paying guests. For us luckily everything worked but equipment can stop working - part of life- be prepared to include this in budgeting. There is incomplete description of the website. Use of kitchen is restricted - you are not allowed to cook. You need to pay for any potential breakage of the equipment. No privacy, encouragement not to check inn as payment is non refundable.

Summary: Do not stay if you value privacy and respect. Communication skills is from the communist era!!!
