This amazing large hardwood cabana was built right on the edge of the Placencia lagoon.
It is in the quiet heart of popular Maya Beach, walking distance to restaurants, groceries and activities.
It has a full kitchen with fridge freezer, 4 ring stove and oven, coffee machine and more.
The open plan living area has a queen bed, futon couch and plenty of storage for both hanging and folded items.
There are fans in the kitchen, bedroom and living areas.
There is a screened door that leads out onto a full screened-in porch with table and chairs and hammock. Under the building is a washing machine and drying line for your use.
The cabana shares the lot with two other rentals. The property is lagoon front, and canals on either side, adding to the tranquility of the area.
Over the water there is a dock where you can relax in the chairs or hammock. There is also a charcoal grill which you are welcome to use, and one of the only swing sets in the area. The dock and barbecue are shared with the other two rental cabanas on the property.
The property is at the end of a shaded road, with water on three sides. There are plenty of trees, including Mango, Sapodilla, Cashew, Noni, Almond, Coconut and more, all of which attract a variety of birds, iguanas and agouti.
