Modern Coastal open concept first floor with 27 foot high ceilings, central AC/Heat and amazing natural light. The house is perfect to optimize both privacy as well as entertaining. You're going to love cooking and entertaining from the beautiful custom kitchen with large island and pantry. Wood burning Fire Pit, a Gas grill and a large 8 person 96" outdoor table for summer cookouts on the back patio just off dining looking out onto Narragansett Bay.
• First floor: 'Beachy Boho Bedroom' with a comfy queen size bed and ceiling fan. Half bath with brand new washer/dryer right off the bedroom. Wide open living space great for casual entertaining.
• Second floor 3 bedrooms: Upstairs step out onto your second level 400 sq foot deck from the atrium or private access from nicely proportioned king bed 'Bay View' bedroom with a sleeper sofa and ceiling fan overhead. Two more upstairs bedrooms...'The Bunk Bedroom' featuring a full size above full size bunk bed with a pullout twin mattress trundle perfect for kids/adults. The third 'Bridge View Bedroom' features a King bed along with a twin size daybed and ceiling fan. There is ample sleeping space for multiple families or larger groups. Full bath/shower as well.
• 3 of the 4 bedrooms have HD Smart tv's with easy access to Netflix/Prime etc. Main room tv is also HD Smart tv with Sonos speakers that you can easily connect your devices too. The house is very tech friendly in general with Google home, Nest thermostats, Nest security system and High speed wifi that can handle all of your group's devices. Great for remote working as well (if you have to:).
• The property has a spacious front yard on a very private street with parking that can easily accommodate 7-8 cars, a garage and a kid friendly tree swing as well:)
• The home is walking distance (about 700 yards) to center of Jamestown with access to beaches, shopping and several delicious restaurants and lunch spots. Bikes, Kayaks and SUP rentals available at Jamestown Outdoors in the center of town! https://www.jamestownoutdoors.com/.

• Only an 8-10 Minute Drive/Uber/Lyft over the Newport/Pell bridge to access Newport, RI night life, shopping and restaurants. Jamestown to Newport Ferry is also a fun way to travel across the bay to Newport from the center of Jamestown (walking distance!).
