The house is located in the wonderfully quiet and safe "Villapark Horsterwold", where are many second homes that are not rented to tourists, making it extra quiet and private, near the woods with many kilometers of walking and cycling paths. Our neighbors are 50 - 75 meters from the house so you have lots of privacy. The house has free Wi-Fi and is tastefully decorated for 4-8 guests. On the ground floor is the entrance, the living room (55 m2) with garden door and a 7-person leather sofa, various furniture, very large flat screen TV (55 inch) and CD- player, plus in the bay window an 8-person dining area and since 1-01-21 a gorgeous antique cabinet. Next to this cabinet is the passage to the nostalgic and cosily furnished kitchen, with a luxury kitchen-unit and all necessary appliances including dishwasher, plus separate (small) electric oven and microwave. In the kitchen is an additional dining area with 4 chairs and various original decorations and antiques. Next to the kitchen and the living room is a spacious room (approx. 18 m2), which can be used as a bedroom (2 persons sofa-bed), or as a sitting- or computerroom. Next to this room is a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
First floor: The washing machine and dryer are located on the landing and there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with large built-in wardrobe and romantic double bed with conversion and bedside tables, a small seat and dressing table. Plus 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, plus in the largest room a dormer (extra light and space), a desk, a bedside table and a TV. Via the landing you enter the luxury second bathroom with bath (incl. hand-shower), sink, bidet, and toilet. Free folding baby cot available (bring sheets yourself). The property offers spacious and unobstructed views of the surrounding villas and gardens, while the forest is a few minutes' walk away. The park has a swimming pool with a children's pool, 2 all-weather tennis courts, and a jeu-de-boules court, all free of charge for our guests! In front of the house there is private parking space for 3 cars. In the back of the garden is a small shed for the garden- and barbecue equipment, plus an inflatable boat. Behind and next to the house is a large lawn and terrace with metal nostalgic garden set of 7 armchairs and associated tables + umbrellas and there are 2 grills, for which a special BBQ terrace has been made.
