- On the first floor a mezzanine lounge area with 1 bedroom furnished in 160 and 1 shower room with toilet.

At 25 minutes by car from the airport of Pointe-à-Pitre, it will take you 10 minutes to reach the town of Gosier and find all the conveniences there: Commercial space, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Restaurants and Bars on the famous beach of the Datcha.
