Summary: I used this SleepPod facility when I had a long layover between long-haul flights and it was very comfy and convenient. The pods are well appointed and it's a nice touch with the water and Chocopies. I had an inner facing pod which was reasonably quiet and I was already aware of the bathroom situation so it wasn't a big deal. Most importantly, the staff Huong at check-in was just so lovely and so accommodating that she changed my booking which I had erroneously booked for the SleepPod at Terminal 1 to Terminal 2,which is where I arrived and departed.
