Positive: Location was good as it was across from a shopping mall. It also had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family comprising 3 couples.

Negative: There was only one parking space and this was not communicated clearly to us even though I indicated at the time of booking that I needed two parking spaces. The security guards were very strict and did not even allow the other car to unload the passengers and luggage first. We were asked to drive out immediately and find illegal parking outside. There were no towels provided and the cleanliness of the place could have been better. We were also required to placed a deposit, which is understandable. However, the refund took a very long time (a few weeks) as they were at first unsure of how to provide a refund to a foreigner who does not have a local bank account or a TouchnGo account. But staff were patient and consistently kept in contact via Whatsapp.
