There is a huge living area downstairs and a large sitting area upstairs both with a huge comfy couch if needed for extra space for guest who don’t require much privacy. Another asset of this estate is the bar room with an attached bathroom, sliding door to the patio, pool table and plenty of room for conversations and games. The back patio with stunning lake views has its own fire place, plenty of patio furniture and built in grill/smoker. Down the path to the lake you will find the boat house, upstairs is equipped with two of the queen beds, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting area, and patio. On the boat dock there are patio chairs, fish cleaning station and small kitchen and table inside on the lower level.
