Have a treetop al fresco meal on the second-floor deck. Gather for after-dinner wine or hot chocolate around the outdoor fire chimney and gaze at the dark sky full of stars. Then get cozy on a plush sectional sofa in the vaulted, wood-paneled Great Room. Daytime adds a view of Neahkahnie Mountain through big windows in this open, breezy space.
Original art, nautical details and colorful textiles add to the playful—yet all-grown-up—vibe of the Treehouse Hideaway. Everything inside this 3-bedroom house is in pristine condition, including the stainless steel kitchen with all appliances and 2.5 sparkling bathrooms.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Great for multiple couples and other getaways of up to 6, Treehouse Hideaway has 3 deluxe bedrooms—two with king-size beds and one with a queen. No bunk beds here! Plus, every bed has a memory foam mattress topper and luxury bedding to ensure a sleep that's as good as at home, if not better (after all, you don't need to set an alarm here, and someone else will wash the sheets!).
Choose the master suite and be treated to an attached bath with a tub/shower combo, a walk-out balcony through French doors, and the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep. Two more bedrooms—both on the first floor—share a bath with a walk-in shower.
LOCATION:
Treehouse Hideaway provides the perfect balance of woodsy seclusion and proximity to the beach and town. Its spot on a dead-end street allows for just enough privacy, but you can walk 10 minutes to Manzanita's glorious beach or into downtown for farm-to-table dining and browsing local shops. Neahkahnie-Manzanita State Park is also nearby, for some of the best vistas on the Oregon coast. Four parking spots are included at Treehouse Hideaway, so feel free to go explore the coastline by car!

We loved the upstairs deck with commanding views of Neahkahnie Mtn, the comfy beds, indoor spaces and awesome colorful decor with small touches to make you feel part of the oceanscape. Super clean, the whole place felt newly built it was so immaculate. The stroll through the quiet streets of town to the beach was enchanting. Loved walking this for sunset/dusk. Everything was super convenient either walking or within a short drive to hit the Neahkahnie Mtn trail and others in Oswald West State Park. Really a perfect, hidden getaway..."
“Tree house “it is. The main floor is in the trees with constant bird songs and eagle/hawk sittings. The main floor has a large, sunny room with a big couch and chairs for hanging out. Cooks kitchen. EVERYTHING you need which is such a treat in a rental. High end linens, towels, bedding and super comfortable beds. SUPER CLEAN. A beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach and nestled just enough away from the beach winds to enjoy sunning on the deck. Awesome rental. Will stay again. Highly recommend!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
