Guest may encounter the owners of the property while they are conducting grounds keeping or using the outdoor area. The owners will respect the privacy of the guest and will make all attempts to keep interactions to a minimum. Guest can make reasonable request for private use of the common area.

Check-in/check out procedure:
The Owners request an in-person check-in/check-out due to the metering of the air conditioning unit. This will ensure that the guest will only be charged for the electricity associated with the air conditioner usage. The current charge of electricity is $0.50 USD/kwh.
If a guest request self check-in/check-out then guest will be charged a flat fee of $36USD/day for air conditioner usage regardless of the amount of electricity used. This is due to the high cost of utilities on the island. The flat fee is based on max consumption of air conditioner usage. The flat fee will need to be paid prior to check-in.
