Guest may not have entire yard & lake area privately, as host family & neighbors may be present. This tiny house has 300 sq ft but lots of luxury. 13 windows let natural light shine throughout. 2 lofts with memory foam king beds. Sitting area also makes a bed. Full size tiled shower & marble vanity. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top & stainless steel appliances. Outdoor patio table, gas grill & fire pit. Access to lake with fishing & lounging docks, use of host hot tub & pedal boat. Quiet family oriented neighborhood with rules about loud noise, loud music & voices. No use of docks after 11pm. Other things to note are sleeping lofts require climbing ladder or stairs & crawling to beds. Has safety bars & banisters but not recommended for children under 6. Open lofts, not private sleeping areas. Also bathroom has composting toilet with special instructions for use.
