Curated for families and intimate groups, enjoy our spacious modern farmhouse on 1 acre overlooking dreamy sunrises. Sleeping arrangements offer 3 King beds, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin fold-away memory foam floor-mattresses. We focused on having many amenities for little ones but also creature-comforts for adult-only groups. We are minutes away from the Establishment Barn wedding venue and 15 minutes to Lake Tawakoni State Park. Experience a tidbit of country life about 45mins-1 hour from Dallas.
This newly built home is open concept, great for dinner gatherings and family time. Just off the living space you'll go out to the back patio where we have lounge furniture, a small conversation table, and an electric BBQ grill. We have some outdoor activities available for your use during your stay including cornhole and a horseshoe set. The 1 acre parcel stretches far out behind the home for a lot of back-yard fun. Neighbors are nearby on either side and super friendly. You still get a great sense of privacy in the home and feel tucked away with the layout and most windows facing the front and back. We love standing at the kitchen sink /lounging in the living space while looking over the majority of the acre out back and the beauty of the open space, we think you will too!
The kitchen is a cook's dream with an oversized island, great for meal prepping. You'll find the coffee and tea station offering a variety of options for whatever your preferred hot drink is! The pantry houses a lot of kitchen essentials and small appliances along with other amenities for your stay. Appliances include a small rice cooker, crockpot, air fryer, blender, and waffle iron.
The living room was set up for comfort and conversation. Inside the cabinet to the right of the fireplace houses a variety of games for all ages and toys for the little ones. Set the mood with the faux candles in the fireplace that are remote-operated.
We have a "little's closet" that comes with many baby/toddler necessities including a pack n play with a bassinet attachment, a baby bath & baby soap, potty training gear, an audio monitor, a safety bed rail set, a foldaway high chair, and an umbrella stroller. We also house our beach towels, sand toys, and a couple life vest options for the littles ones in this closet.
The primary bedroom suite sits on its own side of the home from the other bedrooms, offering a lot of privacy. There is a workstation in the primary bedroom as well for traveling remote-workers.
The main guest bathroom has dual sinks and ample counter area separate from a closed-off shower/toilet to make getting ready with groups a breeze!

You'll be given a code for front door entry. We have ample parking in the driveway, enough for 6 or more cars as well as parking available in the garage for 2.
Other things to note:
Please note that the jets in the primary bath tub currently are not operational. The tub is still totally functional otherwise, we hope to have that taken care of soon!
The neighbors on either side of us do have dogs. They will bark when you are out back for a few minutes until they realize your'e not a threat. If you're outside at night, when you come back in, please turn off the back porch lights and it will reduce barking. There are also dogs that wander down our street and sometimes into the front yard (country living) but we've never had an issue with them.
This is Texas country, there are bugs and critters. Please don't leave exterior doors open for extended periods of time. We do have two exterior cameras, one at the front door on the ring doorbell and one out back by the garage with sensor lights.
