Positive: + friendly staff + good restaurant adjacent to the hotel + lovely full Irish breakfast + short distances to beautiful Cobh and Cork

Negative: - unfortunately the lift wasn't working during my stay (always stepping up to the 3rd floor was exhausting for me)
