Outside, enjoy summer sunsets and listen to the waves of Georgian Bay from your own fully-fenced backyard that includes a private hot tub, BBQ, and patio furniture. Walk the forested trail that surrounds the neighborhood. Plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy nearby including hiking, golf, water sports (kayaking, paddleboarding, jet skis, etc.), and more.
PRIVATE POOL: Some days you may want to skip the public crowds at the beach. You also get exclusive access to our members-only salt-water pool with large patio offering lots of lounge seating, tables, and washrooms.
PEACEFUL PROXIMITY: Located in a quiet mostly 50+ adult enclave. 15-minute walk to the famous Beach 1 and a 10-minute walk to Stonebridge Town Centre (Walmart/groceries/restaurants), Drive less than 5 minutes to the longest fresh-water beaches in the world. Rate: $7,500 per month for June - August (3-month). We can discuss extended pricing for those wanting a 4-5 month stay between May through September.
An Ontario Standard Lease will be executed upon approval and a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required upon signing to be applied to the final month of the term.
