Sea's the Moment Beach House is a stunning 4 bedroom top quality beach house sitting directly above the incredible red sand shores of Prince Edward Island’s beautiful North Shore. Sea’s the Moment was built in 2005 as a luxury beach house designed to comfortably hold two groups of friends or family. There are 2 master bedrooms and two second bedrooms with full bathrooms arranged on either side of a large central “great room”. The great room contains gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room. The great room and both master bedrooms have spectacular views overlooking the open Atlantic ocean on the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
The great room is a combination gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room with a high, airy vaulted ceiling. In addition to dimmable halogen lighting throughout, the kitchen area is also lit with two large skylights for generous natural lighting.
The gourmet kitchen area contains stainless steel appliances including wine fridge, dishwasher and large refrigerator. It also has granite counter-topped island with 3 seats for casual conversations and comfortable glasses of wine while preparing your feast. The dining room has a large sized harvest table with basic seating for 8 people and two extensions available that accommodate 4 more.
The living room has 8 ft windows overlooking the open ocean. The living room area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, combination dvd/vcr player, stereo unit (am/fm, cd, cassette) as well as a large selection of games from kids board games to chips for texas hold-em, as well a a large extra table custom-built for chess or checkers.
We also offer a eclectic selection of books including paperback novels, cookbooks, tourist guides and nautical books.
Master bedrooms have queen size beds, dual nightstands, and a large wardrobe unit. Both master bedrooms overlook the ocean. East and West bedrooms are mirror images. If you prefer to wake up to the morning sun stay on the East side. Second bedrooms have single bed over double bunk beds, plus single rollout trundle bed & wardrobe unit. Sleeping capacity is 12 in beds, plus 2 more on the pullout sofa in the living room.

Prince Edward Island is famed for it’s beautiful red sand beaches. At Sea’s the Moment we are fortunate enough to have many kilometers of virtually private stretch of beach. The beach house is situated on the top of a 15m cliff overlooking a beautiful, virtually private, red sand beach. Beach access is via a path down a gully on the property next to Sea’s the Moment. Use of the gully path is restricted to cottagers in the immediate area, effectively making the beach area private.
