Summary: Parking was full, so we had to find alternate 10 min away - it is also not their parking garage but just a public parking in the same building. We where DOWNGRADED from the deluxe room we ordered and prepaid to a standard room. They said that we would get a reimbursement of 30 eur per night. At check out, they had the audacity to say that instead of the 60 eur reimbursement, they decided to comp our 20 eur bill from the bar instead. Unheard off. I complained to the manager and then in the end we got the compensation that they themselves promised us 2 days earlier. The room we had (and were DOWNGRADED to) did not have a functioning heating system. I was down at the front desk complaining about it 5 times and in the end I got a portable heater for the room. Heating in the room when it is 0.C outside is a bare minimum.
