Two-story country house. The ground floor features an open-plan living room leading to an open-plan kitchen with a large dining table. A pantry and utility room are located next to the kitchen. This floor also offers two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom; each with an en-suite bathroom or shower – one of the bathrooms is wheelchair accessible. There is a guest toilet next to the living room. The first floor has three further bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds; each with an en-suite bathroom. The third double bedroom is an external room with a double bed and an integrated shower room. This bedroom is accessible via an external staircase as well as from a terrace on the first floor. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with sensors and the following set operating times: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM.
The outdoor area is a delight. A large saltwater pool with a separate children's area awaits you, surrounded by a fantastic sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Pool towels are also provided. Right next to it is a covered barbecue area with a built-in grill and a dining table for 12 people.
