Positive: This condo was perfect as a last-minute reservation in Girdwood during the fall, when we wanted to take the tram to the top of the mountain for the view on the one non-rainy day of the week. We only had two people, so only used the bedroom downstairs, which was perfect for us. The kitchen had a good selection of dishes and cookware, though most of it needed to be cleaned before use. Living room is spacious.
Negative: We couldn't figure out how to use the TV (the posted instructions were for remotes different from the ones that were there.) The upstairs bedroom is a loft, with yet another sleeping space up a ladder, all of it fully open to the living room (railing with bars) so no real privacy or sound barrier. This didn't matter for our group of 2, but important for a larger group.
