Summary: Beautiful room, spa, dining areas. Totally worth the splurge. Pros: Comfortable room Large shower, good water pressure and heat Clean Great breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff Loy Krathong celebration was wonderful! Useful app for communicating with staff, ordering buggy service, etc. Cons: Thai food at Hilltop was not good. You’ll have to take a cab to see much of anything outside the resort. If you have accessibility needs, this might not be the hotel for you. It’s built into a slope, and although there are buggies, they don’t go to your door necessarily and don’t run in the rain. We had a rat in our ceiling, but they did find it and clean up quickly. They offered to move us and gave us a fruit bowl as apology.
