Positive: The owners and staff super friendly and really chilled. The resort is a real oasis of calm and tranquity. It was hard to leave! Nice veggie dinner. My fave breakfast food in a bowl of porridge with blurberries, banana and honey. Also caprese and bread. I liked the Asian vibe, the decor, the aroma and the sounds of gentle indian chanting.

Negative: Zero not to like. Wish I had arrived earlier.

Summary: After a day of cycling Shanti Spa was exactly what I needed.
