Positive: Great views over the sea. House with private entrance and parking outside the door. Three roomy bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace to sit and enjoy the evening.

Negative: Backyard could be more usable, but we did not use it at all.

Summary: Great place to stay in Cornwall with amazing views over the sea.
