Newly built spacious two bed-roomed Villa, 20 meters to the beautiful Seenigama beach in Hikkaduwa. Villa was built especially to accommodate guests who visit Southern Sri Lanka. Ideal space for guests, groups and families to relax and chill-out!
Price is for the entire villa, Deluxe bedroom with A/C & Hot water, another Double bedroom A/C, two private bathrooms, spacious veranda h and fully equipped kitchen.

The Villa includes two double rooms, two private bathrooms, a spacious furnished verandah and a fully equipped kitchen. Deluxe double room includes a king-sized bed, Hot water, A/C and private bathroom. The second double room with A/C, includes a double bed with private bathroom. There's a small garden outside the villa, for guests to sit outside and chill out, read a book. Since the villa is located very close to the beach, there's fresh breeze flowing throughout the day!
