Situated beside the Ballisodare River, you can sit in the living room and look out over the river. Most likely you'll see the horses on the other side. Go out the front door and you are a few minutes from shops and pubs and Union Wood. WiFi or TV, but you may prefer to just use the lots of cushions, throws and games and a Bluetooth speaker to create the mood you want for your visit.
