Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this unique chalet. The environment was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed the BBQ facilities and the stunning terrace, where we had a lovely birthday dinner. The chalet itself had a very special charm, and we took some great photos there. The staff was friendly and helpful, though they didn’t speak English (which was totally fine, as we used a translator). However, because of this, they didn’t inform us in advance that coffee, firewood, and coal were not free, so we had to pay an extra 150,000 VND. The total price (1,200,000 VND per night including breakfast) was absolutely worth it. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub, which was completely cold with no heating available. We even tried filling it with hot water, but the boiler ran out quickly, so we couldn't use it at all. If they call it a hot tub, it should at least be warm! The cleanliness was good but not perfect (some dust on the lamps, but nothing critical). It was very comfortable, but when the weather got cold, there was no heater and the air conditioner didn’t have a heating option, so it was freezing the next morning. Luckily, we were leaving, so it didn’t affect us too much. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with a great atmosphere, but the cold "hot tub" and lack of heating took away from the experience. If they fixed these small issues, it would be an amazing stay! Would we come back? Maybe, in the summer
