Located in the same neighborhood as two entrances to Heavenly ski resort, Stagecoach Lodge & Boulder Lodge. The Tahoe Rim Hiking Trail crosses right by our property and we're 10 minutes to Tahoe beaches and casinos.
This home was recently renovated. The great room has large windows to enjoy the breathtaking, panoramic lake, boulder and mountain views. It also offers beamed cathedral ceilings and hardwood hickory floors. The kitchen is designed for the most discriminating chef with alder cabinets, granite counters & stainless steel appliances (including a 6 burner gas range and double ovens).
The living area has a rocked gas fireplace & large screen TV. The owner has also built a custom alder dining table perfect for large groups, as well as, an outdoor dining table.
A family room on the lower level is perfect for large groups and contains an antique Honduran Mahogany pool table & another large screen TV.
Bedrooms are furnished with contemporary furniture & accessorized with Tahoe and mountain photos. Bathrooms are also completely renovated with alder cabinets, granite counter tops, & travertine floors.
The 7 bedrooms are decorated with a mountain theme. All the bathrooms are renovated with travertine tile.
Security/safety items include exterior ring cameras, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors. Children should be watched on decks at all times.
