Summary: Carpets and furniture in room looked in dire need of updating (wooden surfaces were scuffed on all furniture and fabric on armchairs was stained). Curtains were thick, but not wide enough to keep our the glare of the streetlight outside our room. No thermostat on radiator so it felt like the 12th circle of hell in the room and not suitable for menopausal people (avoid room 104 if you do have hot flushes )! Window frames warped. Small stains on bed linen. Mattress and pillows weren't the most comfortable so we had a bad night's sleep.
