Come relax by the water!!! This lake front property has everything you need to enjoy a get away! Water front house with dock access in a no wake zone cove and gorgeous views. Boats and jetskis are welcome! A perfect place for your family/friends!
The relaxing water, boat dock, and large open windows are the perfect place for any birthday party, family reunion, you name it! Cason cove is known for the spectacular location on Lake brownwood. This is an enforced no wake zone cove, there are no boats/jetskis to be speeding by while your floating and swimming.
The house is conveniently located less than a mile away from a public boat ramp and 8 miles from town. There is a small grocery store and Dollar General less than 4 miles away.
The house has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. This lakefront home comfortably sleeps 8, with the option of a Queen sized blow up mattress to sleep 10 total. The master bedroom has a half bath attached with King sized bed & Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 has an additional King sized bed with a 50 inch tv. Guest Bedroom #3 has a Queen sized bed.
The Lakefront Den has a pull out couch that makes into a queen sized bed.
The two couches in the living rooms also recline if you need to accommodate more people, in this case let us know so we can help with linens, etc!
WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY?
This is our full-time home. We have done our best to put our daily living aside, so you may have the best home away from home possible! That being said, just about anything you would need is available to you. If you have any questions specifically, please don’t be afraid to ask! Kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped!
• Clean linens will be available upon arrival.
• TV and WiFi are available.
• There is a grill, BBQ pit, fire pit, and kayak available for guest use! Enjoy the fire pit by making s’mores or hotdogs along side the gorgeous lake view!
• Fishing poles and a small tackle box for the fishermen and fisherwomen out there - you will need your own bait.
• Covered outdoor seating on the porch overlooking the lake.
• For the boats/jetskis - the boat dock is available for you to use. There is a jetski docking station that guests may use.
