House is completely private, fully enclosed and gated. Kitchen fully equipped, bedrooms are cozy with blackout drapery, foam toppers, smart tvs.
Only 25-30 minute drive from San Juan Airport. Palm Villa is the ultimate vacation paradise home. When you enter the gates of the villa, you are immediately immersed in the most tropical and vibrant display of Caribbean vibes. A hand painted flamingo mural adorns the guest house, a cool blue pool beckons you to take a dip, and the palms lining the property sway in the breeze. The villa is equipped with all the essentials from towels and linens, to shampoo and soaps, and all of the kitchen equipment needed to whip up a gourmet meal. For play time, there are board games, cornhole set, paddle boards, skim boards, putting green and plenty of entertaining spaces to enjoy. At night, the entire property lights up with a warm inviting glow. String lights hang from the pergolas provide your own personal shining stars and the bubble glass sconce lights shimmer and twinkle. Guests walk upstairs to the main living room, main kitchen, and up to the third level rooftop party deck. The Ground floor level has a kitchenette, small dining, and small living area of its own. The laundry equipment is also located on the ground floor.

Parking is within the completely enclosed property via an electric gate which you will have a remote to open and close.
