Natural light bathes the inside of this modern-style beach house with granite countertops, hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Conveniently located just a short walk to Chair 5, Spain Restaurant, Iggy's Doughboy and Chowder House, Aunt Carrie's Restaurant and Ice Cream and other local favorites. Minutes to Sand Hill Cove Beach and Scarborough Beach or enjoy some surfing at the nearby beach alcove.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis . If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet and an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
