This house has one of the best and most attractive locations in the area and it was built with the aim of giving the resident a unique view.
It is an absolutely top class house: natural stone floors with underfloor heating throughout, kitchen with double oven, 2 dishwashers. Magnificent views of the bay from the living room/kitchen. A house on 2 floors with 5 fine bedrooms, each with 4 beds. You can almost stand on the suspended floors, they are very elegant, bright and have double mattresses. From the kitchen and living room you have a marvellous view over the entire bay of Ebeltoft, the town and Mols Bjerge. Especially the sunset over the sea is a unique experience. In the basement there is a cosy corner with a sofa group and pool table.
Water rats have a swimming pool at their disposal, it is an experience to swim in the pool and see the natural water horizon only 50 metres away. As something very special, you will find a panoramic sauna and the Finnish wooden bath by the house, where you can enjoy the view! The bathing jetty can be used from 1 May to 1 October.
