The Space:
The entire top-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom multifamily home of your very own that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Our top-of-the-line keyless digital entry system allows guests to access the private home conveniently and securely throughout their stay.
Throughout the home, there are beautiful canvases, a 55” Smart TV in the living room, and two of the bedrooms are also equipped with smart 4K TV’s.
The spacious kitchen allows you to cook or bake with the newly installed gas range. The kitchen is stocked with all new cooking utensils including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cutting boards, knives, etc. Microwave, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher (and soap), Coffee Maker, toaster, panini, etc.
Extra blankets, linens, and towels are also available, should you need them at any point during your stay.

Full central air conditioning and central heating controlled by two thermostats. One is in the living room and the other one in the rear bedroom.

Guest Access:
The entire top floor of the home is yours including both the back and front deck with the built-in stone barbeque. The only place that the guests are not allowed in is the basement apartment unit.
Please NO gatherings or parties of any kind.
Other things to note
Our home is set in a quiet neighborhood; we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm. Please do not use the outdoor spaces after 11:00 pm. Our first-floor tenants will report noise and we have a ring camera at the front of the home to make sure no parties are held outside of what’s already been discussed. Please make sure all guests staying in the home are reflected in the reservation count.
Check-in is any time after 3 pm though the host will not respond after 10 pm and check-out is by 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed, and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
For those considering bringing a vehicle, there’s plenty of parking space in front of the house.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking (no deposits or holds). Airbnb retains a separate security deposit in escrow, which is fully refundable.
