We'd love to have you enjoy our newer constructed home (completed Feb. 2017) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home located in the Kiwanda Shores gated community of Pacific City! This new construction home is just a 4 minute walk and two blocks from a long stretch of beautiful sandy beaches ready for exploring! The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably.
Main level living includes a large, open floor plan. The living room features a propane fireplace, large sectional and vaulted ceilings, all open to the dining area and kitchen. You will find a cozy and relaxing atmosphere while you watch your favorite show or movie on the 65" curved TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and private en suite bathroom. Additionally you will find two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. On those pleasant summer days, relax on the back deck or paved patio while dinner is cooking on the oversized stainless steel BBQ. High end finishes include granite counter tops, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances.
Upstairs, you'll find an oversized loft room and full size, private bathroom. Loft features a full size bed, twin bed, and queen hide-a-bed sofa with a memory foam mattress. This provides a great space for kids to hang out and watch a movie from our collection or Netflix or play video games on the Xbox 1s or Wii.
Additionally, enjoy the arcade, foosball, air hockey, or a game of pool in the garage. Beach toys and a few chairs are available for your day trips and bonfires on the beach. We have also provided a BOB jogging stroller for the little ones. You're within a quick walk to the beach, the Pelican Brew Pub, coffee shops, and the Kiwanda Market. Additional Info: Extra wide driveway allows for parking three vehicles (can put a fourth across the bottom of the driveway on the gravel if needed). No street parking is available in Kiwanda Shores.
