Positive: We had a overall very good experience in the house. Eddy was very welcoming and helped us with all our necessities and gave us a lot of suggestions . The house is beautiful and have a lot of commodities even for long stay (barbecue, washing machine, big fridge, AC). The house is a little heaven of commodities surrounded by a rural area. We were almost the only turists in the area, still we didnt't have any unwanted attention with local people. The house is reachable from Omuthiya by 20 minutes drive on a bit bumpy gravel road (as any other in Namibia). The house is very isolated which permit to have a very genuine experience, but of course means that there are no restaurants, gas station or supermarket near the house and you have to go to Omuthiya for every necessity. The nearest gate of the Etosha Natural park is King Nehale gate which is 15-20 minutes far from Omuthiya. Suggested!
