We can accomodate 20 people in 2 different apartments:

-Apartment 2: 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and private swimming pool and garden for 10 people - HUTB-002799 Vrbo 8459972

Please note the following important information before booking:
- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
New building! These 2 apartments have a private swimming pool and garden each. Free WiFi. Those wonderful apartments are located near the metro station Muntaner, near the centre of Barcelona and with excellent connections to the main attractions in the city.
Note: the pictures are a selection of different units. The apartments might slightly differ in the design and decoration but the characteristics are the same. Your exact apartment will be assigned at arrival.

For all our guests My Space Barcelona provides: Amenities for the first day (soap, shampoo, bath gel…), bed sheets, one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hair dryer per apartment, iron, ironing board, kitchen tools, crockery and cutlery.
Please note that for your comfort we can also provide everything you need to prepare your breakfast directly at your apartment! We have different types and snacks depending on your needs! Don’t forget to ask us about the prices!
