Positive: I slept one night during a road trip. If you are looking for a inexpensive place to sleep this is your choice. In spite of the negative reviews, I found my room very clean, quite and warm. The bathroom, although not in the room, was exceptionally clean and I had the impression I was the only one using it that night. There's a underground parking with plenty of lots 2 min walk from the pension and I paid 1.2€ for the entire night. I didn't interact with the reception as I arrived after if closed and before the opening. The lockbox with the key worked flawlessly though and the communication before my arrival was clear and swift.

Negative: The only downside that some customer may find annoying is the smell of smoke at the very entrance. To be honest though neither it bothered me nor it was as strong as to be felt in the rooms.
