Villa Frangipane is spacious, modern and beautiful, built in 2019. and has 2 storeys. On the ground floor you can find the amazing, spacious open concept living room connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Here you can spend a nice time together looking over to the garden and a pool through the big glass doors which are opening up the room even more. The interior of the villa is decorated with a lot of care and beautiful details like paintings and designer elements which make you feel the modern and luxurious vibe of the villa.
There are 4 master bedrooms with double bed and all of them are with own bathroom. One on the ground floor has direct access to the terrace. Other bedrooms are on the upper floor. One bedroom has a balcony and one in the middle has a galery with additional double bed.
Villa Frangipane features private property of 700 m2 fully fenced. There is a charmant mediterranean garden with a stone terrace and a swimming pool (salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system). Next to the pool you can relax in the garden, on the sun loungers or use the charcoal grill. There is an outdoor shower, gazebo with summer kitchen and comfortable garden furniture, as well as playing area. .
