Summary: Lovely hotel, fab location and brilliant rooftop bar. Amazing bathrooms in the room. Some teething issues - the lift broke in the spa so receptionist sent a few of us to the stairwell to walk up one flight but there was no exit so we were trapped there for a short while. Luckily I was the only one who had my phone with me. No apology from the staff which was a bit surprising.
