Located in the heart of the medina, in the Petit Socco district, a stone's throw from Café Central and Café Tingis, Dar 23 is a magnificent Hispano-Moorish-style riad offering panoramic views of the medina, the casbah, the strait and the Spanish coasts. This historic house, built in 1926, is entirely decorated with handicraft products made by workers from Tangier, Fez or even Marrakech and with the traditional materials that make up the soul of Morocco.
The riad, completely renovated during the first half of 2017, has two double bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets, two single bedrooms with a bathroom (mid-floor) and two toilets (in the DRC and mid-floor), a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood and electric oven (Bosch brand equipment), a patio with fragrant plants and flowers, a mezzanine garden, a large terrace with pergola offering a view of the casbah, the medina and the sea.
