The house is cleaned by a specialized short-term rental cleaning company. It also has exterior cameras on the property for added security. There is a 2 car max garage for parking. The house is 2,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and a rooftop deck.

Let's start from the basics. There are 4 spacious, light-filled bedrooms spread out across 3 large floors - each with its own bathroom, so you never have to wait!
The common area is the heart of this space. A large combined living room and kitchen makes it easy for the entire group to get together for breakfast, drinks and meals. With multiple couches and seats, a dining room table that can accommodate up to 12 people, your entire party will be comfortable.
The entire design of the space is one a one-of-a-kind. We wanted this space to feel welcoming but also inspiring and fun and we think that you'll really enjoy all of the little details spread out within the house.
There is garage parking for 2 vehicles max, so we recommend that you bring your cars, leave them inside, and then just use Uber or Lyft to get wherever you need in Nashville. It's super easy and convenient.

1. What Linens are included?
We provide all linens for beds, as well as bath towels and hand towels.
2. What household supplies are provided?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.
3. What does the kitchen include?
The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker.
4. Do you allow pets?
Pets ARE allowed for a $150 fee.
5. What time is check-in and check-out?
You may check in any time after 3:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions.
6. Is an early check-in or late check-out possible?
You can check with us. If a guest is not checking out or checking in the day of your arrival/departure, we can block it for you for $150.
7. How many bathrooms are in the house?
4 full bathrooms.
8.What type of unit is this one?
You are renting the entire house for your group. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas of the house.
9. How fast is the internet?
Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.
10. Do you offer laundry?
Yes, we do have laundry machines that you could use during your stay.
11. How does the parking work?
You can park at our garage (2 vehicles max).
12. Do you allow parties?
We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.
There is a 2 car garage for parking. Ride share (Uber, Lyft) is only an app swipe away.. There is day parking on Kirkland Ave.
