Welcome to Matunuck, RI. This gorgeous Beach House (We can call it a beach house because you can actually walk right to the beach) is located right on the Southern tip of Potters Pond. It has a private dock right off the back yard. Enjoy crabbing, fishing, kayaking, SUP's, boating, and all other water activities from your back yard. The house is amazing. You will walk to the private side of the East Matunuck State Beach in under 5 min. There are private steps for access. The house sleeps 15 very comfortably. There are separate central A/C controls on all the floors.
The house is set up to take advantage of the wonderful views of Block Island and beyond. When you enter the front door at ground level, that floor consists of 2 beautiful bedrooms and a smaller office area. The next floor up is the main living area with a huge open kitchen and living area. The living area features a new 85" smart tv and a $12,000 Cloud Couch that can also be seen on "Keeping up with the Kardashians." There is one bedroom on that floor with a full bathroom across the hall. The kitchen is a gourmet style kitchen. It features an 8' Wolf dual fuel range and dual ovens. Also, an oversized Sub-Zero Refrigerator, a separate under counter Sub-Zero ice maker, all of the amenities that a gourmet Beach front kitchen should have. Off that main floor where the kitchen is located there is an awesome covered deck allowing dinner to be served during any weather conditions outside. It features a new $5000 Weber Grill. The absolute top of the line.
The deck off the first floor is covered also. It has another huge dining table and living area as well.
The patio on the first floor which is ground level has a table, seating area, and a hot tub for your use when you come right out of the Pond.
Close by, you can walk to the Ocean Mist for drinks at night or breakfast.
