The large en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a spacious shower for two, a bath tub, and private toilet and bidet.
The Second suite is furnished with two ultra comfortable full size beds with lush pillows and duvet covers, a TV with cable, a spacious stand up shower for two and toilet. Its large window has amazing views of the palm trees and lake.
The comfortable and relaxed open plan living area has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view of the 8th hole, lake and coconut plantation. The french doors provide access to a large terrace where you may enjoy spending time having breakfast, lounging or napping in the afternoon, or having cocktails while watching the Caribbean sunset.

To get around you may use the complementary bikes that can be picked up at the Boat House, or you could use the four-seater Golf Cart included in the villa rental.
**Resort Fees and Amenities:**
Please note that a daily Resort Fee of $55 will be charged to all rental guests by Bahia Beach. The Resort Fee covers up to 6 guests and gives you complete access to all the amenities in the resort except the St. Regis Pool during the pandemic. Puerto Rico has implemented COVID density guidelines for hotel pools and until further notice, access to the St. Regis Pool is only allowed for hotel guests.
