This is a fully air conditioned home with a large private pool 40' x 15', located in a gated private community with 24hrs security, tennis courts, basketball and playgrounds.
(3 ) Master suites with king size beds and private bathroom with jet shower, walking closet and 50" TV , (4) Suites with double queen size beds rooms with private bathroom and walking closet.

Just renovated kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances, 2 large fridges/freezers & dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Great backyard with ping pong table and grill area .
Luquillo beach is 5 min. driving and the Rainforest is just 15 min. driving.
