Welcome to this lovely 62 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, perfectly situated on Avenue du Président Wilson in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedroom 2: 1 double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central gas heating throughout the cooler months.

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
