Positive: Great location, situated on the main coast road behind the Vito petrol station which also housed a Casino supermarket, but a little expensive, but to be expected. Fresh bread and pastries availble. Air conditioning was very good in the room. Shower was good. Washing machine shared with neighbours just outside. But two machines. Wifi was excellent strength but lacking, see below for why.

Negative: Advertised as a villa when really it's a studio beware the advertising pictures are deceptive. No welcome pack as such, so no instructions on rubbish & recycling if any. There was a box with a dish cloth a spnge and a tiny bottle of washing up liquid, 1 refuse bag, 1 dishwasher tablet. 1 toilet roll. A little on the tight side of a welcome pack. Two single beds pushed together which kept moving apart. A tv which is unable to link to the Internet as their wifi is not configured to allow this. (It was an up to date Samsung i have the same at home) so no streaming etc a must for 2025 hols! Advertised with a sea view. Not unless your a tree surgeon. (See picture). No where comfortable to sit. ( See photos). One fold up chair inside, two outside and a old plastic sun chair all extremely uncomfortable unless you place a big towel on. (See pictures). I am glad we brought our own very comfortable deck chairs. Only one bedside light ok being a bit picky but hey why not two? Three toasters, first one didn't work used the secound, worked, didn't bother with the third. Wild life, rats! Seen on numerous occasions unable to take a snap as they played peak a boo. But left their excrement on the balcony railing. (See picture)I know we are in the countryside and the place is dog friendly, so no poisoning, but at least put some traps out. We have stayed in better in Corsica, at the same price. I suppose it's ok for a couple of nights but we were there for 12. It's a bit tired and needs some investment. We will not revisit.
