Le Cluzel is set in a wonderful location within the historic quarter the medieval town Saint Antonin Noble Val, it is a beautifully restored 15th/ 16th century town house with many of the impressive, original features retained. Inside, the three floors provide many differently accented spaces from the Living Room with massive Renaissance fireplace to a luminous top floor gallery overlooking the street below and offering a vista of the cliffs of the Aveyron.
Located in the very centre of Saint Antonin Noble Val, with a good range of restaurants, bars, boutiques etc within the cobbled streets. This medieval town on the banks of the River Aveyron has a wonderful range of buildings and alleyways, leading to the central Place de la Halle – a great place to sit out and enjoy a coffee or a beer surrounded by the superb architecture of the town and where the vibrant weekly market is held on Sunday mornings, although it spills over in to all the roads of the town in the summer.

MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps max 8) with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on independent floors. There are two sofa beds and a fold up single available for use as beds at a supplement of £100 per rental. Whilst it is possible to accommodate a maximum of eight people internal dining and seating only comfortably caters for six people.
APARTMENT on the ground floor (additional £100/week). Sleeps 2-4 with a double bedroom and bathroom (with disability facilities), kitchen plus option of sofa bed. The Apartment will NOT be let independently and will be closed off if not rented along with the Main House. The Apartment has been adapted for the disabled/ wheelchair users.
Most social rooms in the main house are on the first and second floors and only accessible by a relatively steep staircase therefore not suitable for younger children or people with walking difficulties.
MAIN HOUSE
Main Entrance hallway leading to Lounge Room with a state-of-the-art cinema projector and surround-sound system (clients are able to watch English and French TV as well as to log into their own netflix, amazon prime etc). Bedroom 1: Double bed with Ensuite Shower Room (Glass shower cubicle, handbasin and wc)
Terrace (covered): open air for summer breezes, with table and chairs for eight persons and bbq looking onto a small open square.

... We very much enjoyed our week staying at this lovely house. it has been very tastefully renovated with excellent materials and design, to create an airy, relaxing and beautiful property. Whilst in the heart of St Antonin, it is not noisy, and enjoys a large open but private terrace. It is a very short walk from the fantastic open air public swimming pool, and from a number of excellent restaurants and cafes.
... We have just returned from our second holiday in Le Cluzel. Again very enjoyable and suited our family. The house is spacious and well maintained. The outdoor terrace is a very special feature great for BBQ.
The house is historic and unique and in the centre of a Medieval town. It doesn't have a pool but a good public outdoor pool just a short walk away. The local Sunday Market is enjoyable. Plenty of local marked walks to explore. We would highly recommend it.

For a stay in the heart of this delightful medieval (and car-free) village Le Cluzel is unequalled for its location, elegance, comfort and space. Many of our evenings are spent on the large terrace with its table-for-eight and views over tiled rooftops and wooded hills; mornings we are one minute's walk to fresh patisseries and grande cremes at the Cafe de la Halle in the peaceful, jolly central Place....
The owners' good taste is reflected not only in Cluzel's antiques, art and architecture but in their excellent staff - Jayne, the administrator and Sally, the local manager could not be more helpful and accommodating.
We have tried a number of homes in the area over the years, but Cluzel remains absolutely our first choice.
... Our family of 6 enjoyed a lovely stay in this beautiful house. Located in a charming village. The house is very central in the Medieval Streets right beside the Place, restaurants and little Boutiques. This is an old house restored to offer modern facilities, with plenty of space and light. The dining at the large table on the terrace was a highlight.
