Summary: The name “Kasa Scottsdale Quarter Phoenix” (the name on all booking info was nowhere on the building, and the security guard on a cart in front never even heard of it. This made arrival extremely confusing. The building is called “Vitri” and the Vitri signage is everywhere. That should be on the check in docs. It took over an hour to get parked and into the unit. There was No TV in the bedroom, so tv in bed is out of the question. The mattress was an unnaturally firm foam that eventually absorbed my bodyweight making a pit and an uphill climb to roll out of. Also, the towels were cheap and small, and the only bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. The building is convenient and clean and could be much better with minor changes, but the uncomfortable mattress and missing BR tv makes it a no go for me when I return.
