Located under the majestic Montgo mountain, this pleasant villa is appreciated by all those who have stayed there, it is ideal for a large family, two families or friends, but we also come here for 2 or 4! With the swimming pool, the pétanque track, the ping-pong table, the bar, the BBQ and the various 'canape' corners, it is so good that it is difficult to leave it!
The villa is located due south, in a peaceful residential area; without vis-à-vis, it has a magnificent 180 degree view of the valley and the mountains of the Sierra Bernia & a very pleasant garden planted with 20 ares with fruit trees. The outdoor spaces are perfectly equipped for relaxation: Several covered outdoor terraces, magnificent swimming pool with outdoor shower, pétanque track, ping-pong table. On the swimming pool side, the 'naya' terrace has a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen (an oven (120cm), fridge and dishwasher, bar). There is also a barbecue area (gas).
The 350 m2 villa is on 2 floors. On the first floor, at street level, a living room and a dining room open onto a large 'naya' terrace allowing you to enjoy the exceptional view while being sheltered from the sun. The terrace has a modular dining area (8 or 12 guests) as well as a comfortable lounge. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped (American type fridge, dishwasher, micro-wave, expresso machine, cooking hobs, etc.) with granite counters, and has a breakfast area. On the same floor are a bedroom with 2 beds and its bathroom (with shower, and WC) as well as the parental suite composed of a bright bedroom (1m80 bed), a dressing room, and a modern and spacious bathroom. and a private terrace.
On the floor below, you can take advantage of two pleasant bedrooms one of 2 beds and ensuite bathroom (sink, shower & toilet) ans well as a bedroom with 3 beds. There is a 4th bathroom (shower, bath, double sink and WC) with laundry area (washing machine and air dryer). On this floor there is also a large living room with books & games as well as a desk with screen & keyboard).
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and 3/4 have a fan.
The villa is located a 5-minute drive from downtown Javea, 10 minutes from the port and the seaside, and 5 minutes from La Sella golf course. There are many other beaches (including the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal) and coves in the vicinity (Javea offers 25 km of coastline) as well as the possibility of doing many activities including nautical.
