This is a completely remodeled ocean front, beach front condo located in Building 5. Family friendly, garden level/ground floor, the space is large enough too easily accommodate a group of 8. The complex is quiet, ocean and beach front, as is this particular unit with views directly from the patio, living room and master bedroom to the ocean. There is parking for all. The amenities include: gym, basketball court, tennis court, car wash and soccer pitch. Short and long term stays are welcome!
This space is unique as it is ocean front, beach front with lovely breezes all year. Watch turtles, whales and surfers from your patio while you enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink with spectacular sunsets. Supermarkets, banks, gas stations, and reasonably priced restaurants are all nearby. Snorkeling, biking, diving, surfing, yoga, and deep sea fishing are all available.

If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can.
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided.
*Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par.
