Summary: This hotel is a good no-frills place to stay in Dakar. It is a bit out of the way of most tourist spots, but easy to get taxis (heetch) to get to anywhere. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around even with 3 people sharing. It is located on a very busy street, though, and the traffic noise can be loud but generally quiet enough overnight to be able to get sleep. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and transfers to/from the airport are offered for a reasonable fee which can be added to your hotel bill. The breakfast is good with many options but it wasn't always refilled. The only thing is the coffee is instant, not brewed. The restaurant on the top floor offers many choices with reasonable prices and there is a restaurant next door for fast food options that is tasty and inexpensive. We spent 3 nights and were very happy with this hotel.
