Are you coming in for a wedding held at The Candlewood Inn we’re just 5 min away from there venue! From apple picking to pumpkin picking there are many orchards close by, to our wine trails, local distillery's and brewery’s to maybe a horseback ride, or a hike on one of our local hiking trails, to kayaking on one of our beautiful close by lakes Candlweood Lake or Lake Waramaug. If you love bass fishing book a trip with one of our local guides that I can provide you info with. New England is your perfect get away for that laid back relax feeling! Our New Milford, CT property sits on 2-1/2 acres with 75 acres of lush woods behind. Super peaceful and private our home is set back off of the road, at night enjoy sitting by the fire roasting marshmellows with the family or cocktails with your friends. Our home offers 3 bedrooms sleeps 6, 1-1/2 bath, kitchen, living room, game room, home gym / office work space. In season you are approx.15 min drive away to enjoy our New Milford Public Town Beach Lynn Deming Park on Candlewood Lake, Daily Beach Pass $30 per person per day during high season. It is closed after Labor day and reopens Memorial Day.
Our home is the perfect stay for weddings held at the Candlewood Inn in Brookfield, just a 5 min drive down the hill and the venue is right there! Also a 7 min drive to our quaint downtown New Milford (Gilmore Girls Delight) and Brookfield Village both areas offering great restaurants and shopping, were minutes from the Wine & Antique Trails of Connecticut and the famous Elephant Truck Flea Market is a 5 min drive from us and is open on Sundays only.
